Race and Intergroup Dynamics Lab

The ACT study is an examination of an ACT based clinical intervention that teaches strategies and supports people of color coping with racism in a 6-week group and 3-week setting . The protocol also helps participants identify how racism has shaped they think about themselves. The pilot study was comprised of adult Black. Currently, the RID Lab team is delivering the intervention to diverse populations to replicate the original success. Recruitment for the study is on-going.
