The RID Lab is focused on understanding what variables influence the relation between discrimination and mental health and how individuals cope with racism. our lab’s mission is to rid the world of -isms through improving the lives of those most impacted and contributing to the dismantling of oppression. Our research methods are broad and incorporate community engagement and thought-provoking research to generate questions and solutions to foster a more equitable and just world.
