L Mai (She/They)

L Mai is an undergraduate student at Saint Louis University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and minoring in Political Science. Their research interests surround topics of race, generational trauma, culture and family dynamics, impacts of genocide, and discrimination. She is interested in understanding how such factors affect the mental health outcomes of marginalized communities and their societal implications. Outside of psychological research, L has an interest in social justice and advocacy, especially for immigrant and Asian American populations.
